Product Liability Attorney
Dr. Phillips is a Plaintiff’s Products Liability Attorney. In his practice of Products Liability Law he has recently represented injured patients with claims against Stryker/Howmedica Osteonics Corporation for injuries caused by defective hip replacement devices. He is currently representing patients injured by the Zimmer Durom hip replacement system as well as patients injured by the DePuy ASR hip implant.
Dr. Phillips regularly works as an attorney bringing a focused medico-legal contribution to Medical Device Product Liability cases by helping other attorneys more quickly and accurately define the nature and extent of design and manufacturing defects in medical device products. Dr. Phillips’s role as a Plaintiff’s Product Liability Attorney ranges from helping the clients of his own firm, to assisting other law firms across the nation by identifying and coordinating national and international experts in these various cases.
